摘 要:从麻赛尔短纤维、黏胶短纤维、新疆3级棉纤维的性能特点入手,选取麻赛尔、黏胶纤维采用相同的纺纱工艺分别与棉混纺,混纺比为55∶45,纱线线密度为14.7 tex。这两种纱线的性能测试结果表明:麻赛尔棉纱质量均较黏纤棉纱质量好,条干均匀,尤其单纱强力高出黏纤棉纱24%左右,弹性伸长也好于黏纤棉纱。最后介绍了麻赛尔棉混纺针织纱在KW-3WH型4针道圆纬机上开发优质针织产品的编织工艺、染整工艺及技术要点,为该系列针织产品的开发提供参考。Based on the characteristics of jutecell staple fibre, viscose staple fibre and Xinjiang 3-grade cotton, the paper develops two kinds of blended yarns with the same spinning technology- 55% jutecell/45% cotton(14.7 rex) and 55% viscose/45% cotton (14.7 tex). The testing results show that the properties of jutecell/cotton blended yarn are superior to those of viscose/cotton blended yarn, such as yarn evenness and flexible extension, especially the single yarn strength can exceed by 24%. Besides, it introduces in detail the knitting technology, dyeing and finishing technology and the technical keys of the fabric knitted on the KW-3WH type 4-needle race weft knitting machine by using this jutecell/coton blended yarn, which can provide some reference for development of series products.
