间歇式染色机技术现状的研究

摘　　要：间歇式染色机作为纺织物染色的主要加工设备,其技术水平的发展对纺织品的染色品质以及节能减排起着至关重要的作用。文中从设备结构性能以及目前市场上的先进设备研究现状入手,介绍了纱线染色机,包括筒子纱染色机和经轴纱线染色机;探讨了织物染色机,包括溢流、喷射和溢喷染色机、气流染色机、卷染机、经轴染色机、冷轧堆染色机;并分析了成衣染色机;最后对间歇式染色机的主要技术特征以及间歇式染色机存在的问题进行了阐述。Batch dyeing machines are the main kind of machines for textiles dyeing at present, and the developments of its technological skills are important to the dyeing quality of textiles as well as energy conservation and emission reduction. Thus, in this paper, in terms of equipment structure, performance and research status on the market, yarn dyeing machines including package yarn dyeing machines and waqo beam yarn dyeing machines are introduced; fabric dyeing machines including overflow,spray and jet dyeing machine, airflow dyeing machine, jig dyeing machine, beam dyeing machine, cold pad-batch dyeing machine are stated; meanwhile, garment dyeing machines are analyzed. At last, main technical characteristics of batch dyeing machines and the existing problems are analyzed in detail.
