摘　　要：融资租赁业是我国改革开放以后逐步发展起来的新型金融产业,具有集金融、贸易和服务为一体,融资与融物相结合的特点,为企业尤其是中小企业融资提供了一种全新模式。通过介绍我国融资租赁业发展现状,分析阻碍我国融资租赁业发展的原因,结合融资租赁业务发展较好地区的先进经验,提出发展我国融资租赁业务、扩大企业融资渠道、改善企业经营状况的思路。The financial leasing industry is a new financial industry which has gradually developed sinse China＇ s reform and opening up to the outside world. It has integrated finance, trade and services into one, and combined with financing and material leasing, which is a new model for enterprise financing, especially for small and medium - sized enterprise financing. By analyzing the development status and hindering causes of China＇ s financial leasing in- dustry, and drawing from the experiences in the advanced regions of financial leasing business, the paper proposes a philosophy for developing Chinag financial leasing business, expanding financing channels for enterprises, and improving business operation.
