县域尺度的建设用地空间分布格局研究——以安福县为例

摘　　要：建设用地空间分布格局的研究对于揭示社会经济空间差异、探寻新型城市化发展道路和城乡统筹发展方式等问题都有重要的意义。利用vcm研究方法和距离衰减趋势研究方法对安福县建设用地空间分布格局进行研究,得出:(1)安福县建设用地分布较为集中,沿主要交通线分布和沿中心城镇周围分布是其总体特征;(2)随着距县域主要道路距离的增加,建设用地比重以y=52.725e-0.861x的模型逐渐递减;(3)全县范围来看中心城镇对于建设用地空间分布有着重要的影响,建设用地比重随距离各级中心城镇距离的增加而逐渐递减。The study of construction land spatial distribution pattern has important meaning to reveal the social and economic space differences,to explore a new path of urbanization and to explore urban and rural overall development mode.By using VCM research method and distance attenuation trend research method on Anfucounty＇s construction land spatial distribution pattern,this paper gets three conclusions.（1） Anfu county＇ s construction land distribution is relatively concentrated,along the main traffic line distribution and around the town center distribution is it＇ s overall characteristics.（2） With the increase of distance from county main road,the proportion of construction land gradually diminishing in model of y = 52.725e-0.861x.（3） From the County scale look,center towns has an important influence on construction land spatial distribution,the proportion of construction land gradually diminishing with the increase of the distance from town center.
