摘　　要：结合iPhone OS操作系统及Interface Builder图形界面开发技术,提出基于iPad等新型可移动通信设备下的无线电话会议系统方案,解决并突破了传统电话会议系统的功能局限性,降低了传统可视电话会议系统的成本,提升了电话会议系统超强的会议能力。在研究无线电话会议系统实际需求的基础上,讨论了系统的总体设计及数据库设计,并给出了系统的一部分具体实现方法。The design project of wireless video conferencing systems on iOS-based and developing technology of Interface Builder was proposed,which broke out the functional limitation of the traditional video conference system and declined its cost and promoted its advanced conferencing powers and would mainly be applied to the new portable communication facilities,such as iPad etc.According to the actual needs of wireless video conference system,the general design and the database design were discussed,and partial pragmatic methods and codes were given.
