摘　　要：全球和中国旅游业发展的趋势充分说明了遗产旅游在旅游业中的重要地位,本文结合各地旅游实践分析遗产旅游对社区的环境、社会生活及文化的消极影响,阐述了社区参与在维护遗产原真性、维护社区居民利益主体权、提高旅游规划可行性和促进旅游可持续发展等方面的重要作用,得出了社区参与是遗产旅游开发的必由之路的结论。Beginning with a description of the tendency of tourism globally and nationally, the paper elaborates the vital position of heritage tourism. On the basis of some practical experience, the writer analyzes the negative impacts of heritage tourism on the environment, social life and traditional culture, as well as the importance of community participation in maintaining the heritage primitiveness, safeguarding the legal rights of community, promoting the feasibility of tourism planning and the sustainable development of heritage tourism. The conclusion is drawn that community participation is the only way out for sustainable development.
