用股份经营推动休闲农业发展的价值探析

摘　　要：中国农村农用地的流转在上世纪八十年代初期已悄然兴起,至本世纪初终获法律确认。农用地流转的方式有多种,找到一种既能顺应农村产业结构调整,又能使农民真正参与到农村产业结构调整中来的农用地流转模式,是当前我国致力提高农民收入的客观需要。农用地折价入股对接休闲农业满足了这一需要,因而是一种非常有价值的农用地流转模式和经营模式。The circulation of farming land sprouted in 1980s and earned a law contlrmation at tne beginning of this century. There are many patterns of land circulation, but it is urgent to seek for a pattern that can not only conform to the rural industrial structure adjustment, but also involve the farmers in. In fact, joint-stock operation is the very pattern that is available. Thus this valuable pattern of land circulation can be adopted to develop the leisure agriculture.
