摘 要:驴头作为抽油机的主要承载构件,在现场工作和实验使用中长期受到交变载荷作用,易在喉口处产生局部微小裂纹,这是造成该处撕裂损坏的主要原因。针对下偏杠铃式抽油机驴头存在的上述问题,结合力学理论对其模型进行分析;利用ANSYS仿真环境对抽油机驴头作有限元计算。根据计算结果,提出对驴头应力集中处的优化方案。通过对比改进后有限元结果发现:驴头原喉口处最高应力由144.96 MPa降低至89.409 MPa。改进后的驴头在性能上满足使用要求,仿真结果对抽油机的设计和优化具有一定指导意义。As the main load-bearing structure of oil pumping unit,the horse head is under alternating load for a long time in laboratory testing and site operation,partial small cracks appear easily at its throat and such cracks will extend continuously and result in its tear and damage.Aiming at the above problems occurring in the horse head of CYJ5-1.8-18HPF pumping units,analyzed is the model of the horse head in combination with theory of mechanics and conducted is its finite element calculation by using ANSYS simulation environment.Proposed is a scheme for optimizing stress concentration of the horse head according to the results of finite element calculation.Comparison of finite element calculation results with the improved ones show that the maximum stress at the horse head is reduced from 144.96Mpa down to 89.409Mpa and the improved horse head can meet relative requirements.The simulation results have certain guiding significance for design and improvement of oil pumping units.
