摘　　要：从换热角度,分析中间介质气化器换热所需海水流量,也对阀门故障关闭时海水结冰情况进行了分析;同时在防止泥沙沉淀、泥沙冲刷等方面进行分析。根据工艺计算结果,从设计及操作角度,制定相应技术对策。From the perspective of heat transfer, this article introduced the seawater flow required in the process of heat transfer by intermediate medium vaporizer （IFV）, analyzing the situation of seawater icing while the valve is closed due to failure, and analyzed methods of preventing sediment deposit and sediment erosion and so on as well. According to the process calculation, the corresponding technical countermeasures have been made from the design and operation perspective.
