摘　　要：阐述了国家财政部、安监总局于2012年出台《企业安全生产费用提取和使用管理办法》的相关背景,梳理了国内燃气行业上市公司的执行情况,并在此基础上论述了燃气行业应该参照何种标准执行,分析了执行后对燃气企业财务、税务等方面构成的影响。The article introduces the backgrounds of extraction and management method of the enterprise＇s safety cost issued by ministry of finance in 2012 and the implementation of listed companies in China＇s gas industry, discussing the standards which the gas industry should adopt, and analyzes the finance and taxation effects of gas industry as well.
