摘　　要：目的分析贲门癌的CT表现,探讨CT检查在贲门癌临床诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析46例经手术病理或胃镜活检证实的贲门癌患者的CT表现及手术病理资料。结果 46例贲门癌患者CT表现:贲门区管壁增厚46例,腔内肿块25例,邻近组织浸润19例,淋巴结肿大16例,远处转移7例。结论 CT能显示贲门癌的形态、大小,判定有无周围浸润、淋巴结及远处脏器转移,对疾病的评估和治疗方案的选择具有重要的价值。Objective To analyze CT finding of cardiac carcinoma, and to explore the value of CT examination in the diagnosis of cardiac carcinoma. Methods CT manifestations and pathological data of 46 patients with cardiac carcinoma proved by pathology or endoscopy were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 46 patients, CT showed gastric cardia wall thickening in 46, intraluminal mass in 25, adjacent tissue infiltration in 19, lymphadenectasis in 16, and distant metastasis in 7. Conclusion CT scan can display the shape, size, tissue infiltration and lymph node and distant metastasis of cardiac carcinoma. Therefore, CT finding has important value in the assessment of the disease and the choice of treatment regimens.
