摘  要:通过N-乙烯基甲酰胺-苯乙烯共聚物乳液的碱性水解反应制备了不同阳离子度的纳米级C-PNVFSM乳液。在近中性造纸条件下,C-PNVFSM在再生瓦楞纸张中具有显著的纸张增强效果,且阳离子度高的C-PNVFSM效果较好。当C-PNVFSM-8220对绝干纸浆0.2%添加时,纸张的干抗张指数从26.0(N·m/g)增加至40.5(N·m/g);环压指数从7.30(N·m/g)增加至10.05(N·m/g);湿抗张指数从1.5(N·m/g)增加至3.7(N·m/g)。The nanoscale particle C-PNVFSM with different cationic degrees were prepared by alkaline hydrolysis of the copolymer emulsions of N-vinylformamide(NVF) and styrene(SM). Under the near neutral papermaking condition (pH 6.5), C-PNVFSM showed obvious effects on improvements of paper strength for corrugated recycled pulp papermaking. The effects of C-PNVFSM with high cationic degree on improvements of paper strength were better. The dry tensile strength index of the paper increased from 26.0(N · m/g) to 40.5 (N · m/g), the ring pressure index increased from 7.30 (N · m/g) to 10.05 (N · m/g), and the wet tensile strength index increased from 1.5 (N · m/g) to 3.7 (N ·m/g), at the C-PNVFSM-8220 dosage of 0.2% based on oven dry pulp.
