摘　　要：介绍了粉煤灰资源的分布及综合利用粉煤灰生产氧化铝传统生产工艺的技术背景,着重描述综合利用高铝粉煤灰生产氧化铝的新工艺预脱硅+碱石灰烧结法其核心技术预脱硅工艺和预脱硅工艺指标及工艺装备,并对脱硅工艺装备适用情况及发展方向提出了建议。The coal ash resource distribution and the traditional process of the comprehensive utilization of coal ash from coal ash in alumina production are introduced in this article. The desilication and soda-lime sintering process of coal ash of high alumina content coal ash is mainly introduced in this article. The process data, equipments, and the usage and development trend of desilication equipments are also introduced here.
