媒体转型期的地方高校新闻学专业教育问题与对策——以玉林师院广播电视新闻学专业为例

摘　　要：根据新闻专业本身的特点和发展趋势,结合玉林师范学院广播电视新闻学专业的办学个案,强调指出,媒体转型时期的地方高校新闻学专业应从实际出发,地方高校新闻学专业以地方性和应用型为定位,更新教育理念,加快专业课程设置的调整,加强师资队伍培养,办出地方高校新闻专业的特色,形成既有扎实的专业基础,又重视实践教学的多方向扩展的人才培养模式。The Journalism profession of local college during the era of media transformation should start from the reality. According to the characteristics and development trend of the journalistic profession itself, combining with the situation of Broadcasting and Television Journalism of Yulin Normal University, we emphasize that local college should fix it position in locality and applicability, update educational philosophy, accelerate adjustment of professional curriculum, strengthen faculty training, create the characteristics of journalism profession, and form a multi-directional extension personnel training mode, which not only offers solid professional foundation but also emphasize practice teaching.
