摘　　要：为有效破解大学生就业困境,文章采用因素分析法对大学生自身、高校以及社会等方面就业困境因素进行了分析阐述,并提出提高大学生应对能力、转变高校教育思路、转变政府及社会职能等相应措施,以期对促进大学生就业有所帮助。To effectively solve the employment difficulties of college students, this article itself, using factor analysis, elaborates in three aspects of students themselves, colleges and universities, as well as society, simultaneously, proposing some corresponding suggestions of improving college students coping capacity, transforming higher education thought, government functions and social measures to improve employment rate of college students.
