摘　　要：为更好发挥思想政治教育在创新人才培养中的作用,从创新人才的内涵和基本特征出发,分析了创新人才培养中高校思想政治教育现状,提出了创新人才培养体系中的高校思想政治教育途径:建立健全科学合理的人才评价标准,塑造创新人才的创新人格;优化思想政治教育环境,培养创新人才的创新精神;加强思想政治教育队伍建设,夯实培养创新人才的基础;加强思想政治理论课建设,增强创新人才的创新能力。In order to develop the ideological and political education （IPE） in the cultivation of innovative talents, the article analyzes the current situation of IPE in colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents from the aspects of connotation and basic characteristics of inno- vative talents. Simultaneously, a cultivation model of IPE system is proposed by establishing and improving the scientific and reasonable talent evaluation standard, creating innovative talents with creative personality; optimizing the environment of IPE to cultivate an innovative spirit of creative talents~ strengthening the construction of Ideological and Political Theory Course to enhance the creative ability of innovative talents.
