国外城镇化发展经验及其对西部城镇化统筹发展的启示

摘　　要：通过借鉴老牌发达国家(美国)的先发城镇化经验和新兴市场国家(印度)的滞后城镇化历程的启示,从城镇化的动力机制、推进机制、实现机制以及与工业化的关系等方面将发达国家和发展中国家城市化道路进行比较,提出西部城镇统筹发展的五点对策,以此指导当代西部健康城镇化的具体实践,并藉此推动中国西部城镇化模式"本地化"研究方面的理论创新。By learning from both the pre-acting urbanization experience in the old brand developed countries （e. g. the United States） and the lagging urbanization process in the newly market-oriented developing countries （ e.g. India）, the paper analyzes comparatively the urbanization in those coun- tries from the aspects of the motivating mechanism, the promoting mechanism, the implementing mechanism, the interrelationship with industry and others, and then puts forward five countermeasures for the overall urban development in Western China. It aims to provide guidance to the concrete practice of the healthy urbanization currently in Western China, and as well to the theoretical innova- tion in the study of the localization of urbanization model in Western China.
