摘 要:碳纳米管场发射显示器是平板显示器中极具发展潜力的新型显示器件,是在碳纳米管及纳米工艺研究基础上发展起来的.它采用印刷碳纳米管来代替微锥形发射尖端,简化了制作工艺.另外,在碳纳米管平板显示器中,控制系统及驱动电路尤其是阴极高压驱动电路在整个显示系统中占有非常重要的地位,该高压驱动电路的设计优化和制作不但直接影响显示效果,甚至决定着整机的价格,本文结合碳纳米管显示器研制过程中对高压驱动电路的需要,对比分析了已有几种高压驱动电路的结构特点,设计了基于CMOS电路结构的高压驱动电路,电路全部由高压和低压MOSFET组成,从而达到降低功耗、提高速度、并利于实现单片集成的目的.用SPICE电路仿真软件验证所设计电路具有正确的逻辑功能,并对电路结构和器件参数进行优化.在此基础上,通过制作电路板,并实测电路的频率响应符合设计要求.用所制作电路板驱动系统驱动我们制作的5英寸单色碳纳米管阴极场发射平板显示屏,显示效果良好.Carbon nanotube cathode field emission display based on development of NANO technology and /or carbon nanotube is new technology for modern flat panel display.The printed carbon nanotubes is used to take place of the micro-tip which was made by silicon lithography,simplified the fabricated processes for flat panel displayers.In addition,the control and drive circuits,especially the cathode high voltage drive circuits are one of more important research contents for carbon nanotube cathode field emission displayers,the optimum designed drive circuits will directly affect the quality of display and also cost of the displayer for sales,and little research reports of control and drive systems are found in this area.In this article,the structure and characters of several high voltage drive circuits are analyzed and compared based on the research for carbon nanotube field emission displayer,then proposed the optimized CMOS structure high voltage drive circuits,which constructed by high and low breakdown voltage MOSFETs,so reduced the circuits power dissipation and enhanced the response speed,more important,this circuits structure is easy to integration.The logic function of designed circuits are verified by spice circuits simulator,and its output response are measured by made the test circuit boards.The designed circuits are used to drive our fabricated black-white 5-inch carbon nanotubes field emission displayer and result the correct and high resolution display performances.
