摘　　要：目的研究黄独乙素(Diosbulbin B)对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖的体外抑制作用。方法 MTT法测定黄独乙素对SGC-7901细胞增殖的影响。结果 10、20、40、80μmol/L的黄独乙素作用24 h后对SGC-7901细胞增殖抑制率分别为12.48%、30.10%、43.02%和51.41%,半数抑制浓度(IC50)为(64.09±1.81)μmol/L。结论黄独乙素在体外对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖有明显的、呈剂量依赖性的抑制作用。Objective To discuss the inhibited effects of Diosbulbin B on the proliferation of gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 in vitro.Methods Human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 were treated with various concentrations of Diosbulbin B for 24 h,then cell proliferation was detected using MTT assay.Results The cell inhibitory rate was 12.48%、30.10%、43.02%、51.41% after treated by Diosbulbin B at 10、20、40、80 μmol/L concen-tration levels for 24 h,IC50value was（64.09±1.81） μmol / L,Conclusion Diosbulbin B has significant inhibition ability on proliferation of SGC-7901 cells in vitro in a dose-dependent manner.
