摘  要:目的为了考查两种不同量表SRHMS和SCL-90在评定大学生心理健康的结果上是否具有一致性。方法选取张家口市某专科学校师范类、医学类、财经类二年级学生共321人,用两种量表同时进行心理健康评定,对结果进行统计分析。结果 (1)用两个量表对心理健康状况的评定结果具有一致性,师范类学生最差,其次是财经类学生,医学类学生最好(P<0.01);(2)SCL-90高分组的学生在SRHMS量表上得分低于SCL-90低分组的得分,经t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)将SCL-90各因子与SRHMS各分项目得分进行Pearson相关分析显示:SCL-90各因子与SRHMS各分项目得分均有显著负相关(P<0.01);SCL-90总分与SRHMS中的生理、心理、社会健康子量表亦有显著相关(P<0.01)。结论两个量表有一定的内在一致性,可以在一定的范围内相互引证。Objective To explore whether the result of SRHMS applied in college students' mental health measurement is consistent with that of SCL-90. Methods 321 sophomores specialized in education, medicine and finance in a certain college of Zhangjiakou were measured simultaneously by SRHMS and SCL-90, and the results were made statistical analysis. Results (1) The results of SRHMS and SCL-90 were consistent, which indicated that the mental status of students in education was the worst, then those in finance, and those in medicine were the best (P〈0.01). (2) High-score students in SCL-90 made a poorer score in SRHMS than low-score students in SCL-90, and the difference was remarkable by T-tested. (3) Pearson analysis of scores in each SCL-90 factor and each SRHMS item showed that: score in each SCL-90 factor and that in each SRHMS item had negative correlation (P〈0.01). Total score in SCL-90 also had negative correlation with item of physiology, psychology and social health in SRHMS (P〈0.01). Conclusion SRHMS and SCL-90 have certain consistency and can be confirmed by each other in a certain range.
