摘　　要：α-玉米赤霉醇是一种新型植物雌激素,在防治雌激素相关性疾病过程中具有重要作用。现综述α-玉米赤霉醇的实验研究进展,主要包括对心血管系统、骨骼系统、生殖系统和神经系统相关疾病的防治作用。讨论了α-玉米赤霉醇防治雌激素相关性疾病的应用前景。α-zearalanol is a new type of phytoestrogen which has important effects on diseases related estrogen. The aim of this article is to review some of the important advances of the experimental research about α-zearalanol, especially preventive and therapeutic effects on cardiovascular diseases, skeleton system diseases, reproductive system diseases and nervous system diseases, and the clinical perspectives of α-zearalanol are discussed in brief.
