摘　　要：农民工的文化缺失是一个主要问题,高校图书馆丰富的资源对农民工文化素质的提高有重要的作用。阐述了农民工的现状,提出了高校图书馆为农民工实施知识援助的措施。The cultural deletion of peasant workers is a key problem of.The rich resources of the university library play an important role on improving the peasant workers cultural quality.In the paper the present situation of the peasant workers was described.At the same time,the measures for the university library providing the cultural aid for the peasant workers were put forward.
