影响三峡外迁移民社会整合的因素分析

摘　　要：社会整合的核心是移民利益的整合,最终培养移民的社区归属感,实现社区融合。对外迁移民而言,三峡外迁移民在安置地的社会适应过程中出现困境的原因包括客观因素(即语言障碍、风俗习惯、子女教育等)和主观因素(包括心理认同、角色定位)。通过对主客观影响因素的分析,说明社会整合所面临的困境并从政府引导的角度提出相应的政府帮扶措施。The core of migrants＇ social integration is the integration of their interests. The goal of migrants＇ integration is to establish migrants＇ sense of belonging and achieve community integration. Two kinds of factors have caused the adaptation difficulties of Three Gorges migrants. The objective factors （i.e., language barriers, customs, education） and subjective factors （including the localization of psychological identity, role）. Through the analysis of above-mentioned influential factors, the paper aims to identify the social integration difficulties faced by the Three Gorges migrants, and put forward some suggestions from the perspective of Government guidance.
