摘　　要：我国工业遗产保护方面尚存在着制度缺失、主客体不明确、缺乏社会认同和难以协调相关者利益等问题。对此,应当建立工业遗产保护的制度体系和法律体系,拓宽社会公众参与合作保护的渠道,开展宣传教育和相关人才培养,从而建立长期稳定的"政府+社会"合作保护模式。There are some problems in China＇s industrial heritage protection： lack of protection system, the unclear subject and object, lack of social recognition. and difficulty in reconciling stakeholders＇ interests. To solve those problems, the paper put forward some suggestions, to establish the industrial heritage protection system and legal system, to widen the channels of public participation and cooperation of protection, and to develop the propaganda and education and personnel training, so as to build long-term cooperation platform of ＂government ＋ society＂ mode.
