摘　　要：民办高校本科毕业生就业问题关系到民办高校教育和教学的长远发展,但是近年来,河南省民办高校本科毕业生就业难的形势日趋严峻,成为制约民办教育长足发展的瓶颈。文章从当前民办高校的就业形势入手,通过问卷调查分析了我省民办高校毕业生就业难的深层次原因,提出针对性的解决方案。The issue of employment of private college graduates is important to the longterm de velopment of education and teaching in private colleges and universities. However, in recent years, this issue is worsening gradually, restricting the development of private education. This paper, from the perspective of the current employment situation of private colleges, analyzes the deepseated cau ses of employment difficulty for private college graduates in Henan province by questionaires and ac cordingly proposes some effective solutions.
