摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量生大黄鼻饲对重型颅脑损伤患者消化道功能的影响。方法将150例重型颅脑损伤患者按照入院顺序分成A、B、C三组各50例,在相同综合治疗措施(抗感染、脱水、激素、肠内营养疗法等)的基础上,分别予生大黄16mg/kg、33mg/kg、60mg/kg鼻饲,3次/d,连续7d后评价效果。结果三组消化道出血、胃潴留、腹泻、便秘发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);除胃潴留发生率以外,A组与C组其他3项指标比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.0125)。结论重型颅脑损伤患者采用生大黄鼻饲时剂量33mg/kg,可获得较好效果,相对安全。Objective To explore impact of nasogastric feeding with different doses of raw rhubarb on gastrointestinal function in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods Totally,150 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into group A,group B,and group C,with 50 in each group.On the basis of the same comprehensive therapy（anti-infection,dehydration,hormone therapy,and enteral nutrition）,nasogastric feeding with raw rhubarb was performed three times a day with the dose being 16 mg/kg in group A,33 mg/kg in group B,and 60 mg/kg in group C.Effects were evaluated 7 days after the intervention.Results There were statistical differences in the rates of gastrointestinal bleeding,gastric retention,diarrhea,and constipation among the 3 groups（P0.05,P0.01）.Except the rate of gastric retention,the other 3 indicators had significant differences between group A and group C（P0.0125 for all）.Conclusion Raw rhubarb given through nasogastric feeding with the dose of 33 mg/kg to patients with severe traumatic brain injury,can achieve better effect and is relatively safe.
