下肢手术支撑托的研制及临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制下肢手术支撑托在下肢手术消毒铺巾中的应用效果。方法将80例行单侧下肢静脉曲张手术患者按手术顺序分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用人力托举肢体方法进行消毒铺巾,观察组采用自制下肢手术支撑托托举肢体并进行消毒铺巾。结果两组均消毒合格,均未发生铺巾污染、皮肤受压;两组手术部位消毒时间比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05);协助人员总耗时差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论下肢手术支撑托用于下肢手术消毒铺巾效果好,可替代人力托举下肢,节省人力资源。Objective To investigate effects of a self-made supporting frame applied to disinfection and draping in lower extremity surgery.Methods Eighty patients with unilateral varicosity of the lower limbs were equally divided into an observation group and a control group according to their surgery numbers.During skin disinfection and draping,the lower limb was lifted off the operating table by using a self-made supporting frame in the observation or by manual force in the control group.Results Both groups achieved qualified disinfection,and none of patients had contamination during draping and developed skin compression.Disinfection time of the surgical site showed no statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）,while assistants′ total consuming time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion The self-made supporting frame applied to lower extremity surgery facilitates disinfection prior to surgery and results in satisfactory disinfection,which can replace manual work and save human resource.
