摘 要:目的探讨同伴教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者自护行为的影响。方法将参加医院孕妇学校学习的64例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为两组各32例。对照组给予妊娠期糖尿病知识的常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上接受4周的同伴教育,包括成立同伴教育小组、选择和培训同伴教育者、实施小组活动等。干预结束后对两组患者的自护行为和血糖进行比较。结果干预后,除运动维度外,观察组自护行为总分和维度得分显著高于对照组,餐前及餐后2h血糖显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论同伴教育能有效改善妊娠期糖尿病患者的自护行为,降低血糖水平。Objective To investigate effects of peer education on self-care behaviors of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 64 GDM patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 32 in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine health education on GDM knowledge,while subjects in the observation group received 4-week peer education additionally including building peer education teams,choosing and training peer educators,and implementing team activities,etc.Self-care behaviors and blood glucose were compared between the 2 groups after intervention.Results The total score and subscale scores of self-care behaviors(except the exercise subscale) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;both fasting and postprandial blood glucose were significantly lower in the observation group(P0.05 for all).Conclusion Peer education can improve self-care behaviors of GDM patients and decrease their blood glucose.
