关于建设学习型领导班子问题的思考

摘　　要：国有企业作为我国工人阶级先锋队的重要组织载体,是党巩固执政地位的基础,因此加强和改进国有企业党的建设,建设创新性、学习型领导班子意义重大。文章以澄碧河水库管理局创建学习型领导班子为例,分析学习型领导班子建设存在的问题,并提出加强学习型领导班子建设的对策。As an important organization carrier of vanguard of Chinese working class, state-owned business is the foundation of consolidating the ruling status for the communist party of China, so it is of great significance to strengthen and improve the construction of the party in state-owned enterprises and build creative and learning-type leadership. Taking example of building learning-type leadership of Chengbihe reservoir authority, the paper analyzes its existing problems of building learn- ing-type leadership and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of learning leadership group.
