摘 要:基于水平钻井的技术,提出多夹层盐穴水平定向对接连通井造腔的方法。该方法的重点在井位的确定以及靶点的控制上;将造腔过程分为建槽连通期和建腔期2部分;腔体建成后通过模拟不同工作压力作用下储库腔体长期蠕变特征,分析腔体长期运行收缩率。该方法能较好地解决国内盐矿厚夹层、中间含较厚盐层水溶造腔形状控制的问题,同时能加速造腔的速度。Based on the horizontal drilling technology, we propose a cavity-making method using dlrectlonatly butted weus tecunology for multi-interlayered salt cavity. This method can well solve the common problem of cavity shape control in the conditions of thick interlayers and thick salt layers in China, and can accelerate the speed of cavity making. Locating wells and controlling targets are the crucial drilling technology in the proposed method. The process of solution mining can be divided into two periods: channels making period and construction period. Long-term creep characteristics under the action of different working pressures have been simulated after the completion of the cavity, and the long-term cavity operation shrinkage analyzed. It has been proved that making cavity using our proposed method meets the engineering requirements, and has feasibiiity to certain extent.
