摘  要:为了得到适合于型钢混凝土组合结构的高强高性能混凝土的最优配合比,在满足耐久性、强度、工作性能及体积稳定性的基础上,对高强高性能混凝土配合比进行了优化设计。在保证高强高性能混凝土主要性能要求的前提下,基于试验分析确定其最小配合比范围。以最低工程造价为优化目标,提出高强高性能混凝土配合比优化设计的数学模型,通过Matlab软件编程求解有约束条件的线性优化问题,并验证了其可行性。结果表明:提出的数学模型是合理的,采用基于Matlab的优化方法降低了高强高性能混凝土的经济造价,具有一定的工程实用价值。To obtain the best mix proportion of high strength and high performance concrete, we propose an optimization method for mix proportioning of high strength and high performance concrete on the basis of ensuring the durability, strength, workabili- ty and volume stability of the concrete. Through experimental analysis, a minimum range of mix proportion is defined which can meet the requirement of its main performance. A model for optimizing mix proportion of high strength and high performance concrete is put forward to minimize the project cost, and then its effectiveness is validated using Matlab software which can solve linear problem with constraint conditions. The results show that the mathematical model is reasonable and the optimization method based on Matlab reduces the cost of high strength and high performance concrete. The method also has high practical value in engineering.
