摘 要:基于MATLAB平台对好氧颗粒污泥和移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)进行模拟,考察了2种工艺在不同温度下稳定运行时,对有机物的去除及脱氮效果的影响,以探索实际工程条件下实现高效脱氮除碳的工艺及其运行控制条件。结果表明,温度对好氧颗粒污泥工艺影响较大,而对MBBR影响较小。25℃时,好氧颗粒污泥对CODCr、NH3-N、TN的去除率分别为94%、91%、89%,MBBR对其去除率分别为95%、96%、95%;10℃时,好氧颗粒污泥对CODCr、NH3-N、TN的去除率分别下降至88%、73%、68%,MBBR对其去除率分别下降至95%、91%、90%。Based on MATLAB platform, aerobic granular sludge and moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR) process were simulated, the effects of the said two processes on organic matters and nitrogen removal under different temperatures were investigated, so as to explore high-efficiency denitrification and decarbonization technology and its operating conditions in actual projects. The results showed that, temperature had a greater impact on aerobic granular sludge process than that on MBBR. When the temperature was 25 ℃, the removal rates of CODCr, NH3-N and TN by aerobic granular sludge and MBBR were 94%, 91%, 89% and 95%, 96%, 95% respectively; when the temperature was 10 ℃ the relevant rates by the said two processes decreased to 88%, 73%, 68% and 95%, 91%, 90% respectively.
