摘  要:采用曝气过滤—电吸附组合工艺对某化工污水进行了适度除盐中试研究。结果表明:在进水电导率为3 650~4 160μS/cm时,产水电导率为820~1 000μS/cm,平均去除率为75.9%。产水可作为工业水回用,排污水无需处理可自主达标排放。该组合工艺流程短,运行稳定,不产生二次污染,为绿色环保工艺,具有很好的推广应用前景。The paper studied the pilot moderate desalination of a certain chemical sewage by means of aeration filtration and electro - adsorption combined process. The results showed when the conductivity of inlet water was 3 650 -4 160 μS/cm, the conductivity of outlet water after treatment was 820 - 1 000 μS/cm, average removal was 75.9%. The outlet water could be reused as industrial water, and the sewage could meet the discharge standard without any other treatment. The combined process had some advantages such as short flow, stable running, and no second pollution, which was green environmental protection technology and had good applica- tion prospect.
