摘　　要：介绍了非自航开体泥驳改造为自航泥驳的改造方案、图纸审核和改造技术要点,以及改造后的船舶技术性能与施工使用效果。实船证明,改造后的驳船整体性能优越、工作效率大大提高,不仅节省船舶建造费用及配套拖轮费用,也提高了其市场竞争力;并且由于施工时无需被拖带,有效提升了船舶的安全性和可靠性。This paper describes reconstruction from non-self-propelled split hopper barge to self-propelled barge, including reconstruction scheme,drawing review,reconstruction techniques and technical performance and application effect after reconstruction. It proves that the barge after reconstruction has high overall performance and greatly gains working efficiency, where the cost of ship construction and auxiliary tug is saved, and its market competitive capability is improved. Moreover, ship safety and reliability are effectively improved without towing during construction.
