摘　　要：考虑到进一步改善工厂生产建筑外墙板的完成质量,本文提出并介绍了在生产实践中的几种新方法.该新方法的要点是墙体板的外表面要与石材面板密切结合并形成墙板面.墙体板的成型可以在模具的倾斜或垂直位置来进行.在倾斜位置时,这种简单易行的静态成型方式可以同时加工生产二块具有光滑面的墙板.除此,建立在模具外格构板的墙板蒸气加热和面板冲刷也进行了介绍,在墙体板生产过程中,模具成型器由弹簧推进器使其从倾斜位置到垂直位置来完成,而该过程由弹簧推进器自动地来实现.合理化建议的引进增加了建筑墙板的生产效率.Several new ways introduced in construction practice are offered in view of improving finishing works quality of external wall panels of factory production. As an invention, the main point of the offer is that the external surface when facing the wall panels with stone plates, the quality of internal surface is provided with contact to the form surface, when the forming of panels is carried out in the vertical or inclined position of the form. Simple and easy carried stationary forms are offered which enable the simultaneous manufacturing of two wall panels with a smooth internal surface in inclined position. Steaming of panels and washing of the facing plates, established on external trellised boards of the form, are also provided. The technological line on production of wall panels, in which forms are supplied with spring pushers to bring the form from inclined to vertical position, carried out automatically by means of spring pushers, is also offered and introduced. The introduction of offers results in increase of production efficiency of panels.
