摘　　要：运用问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计等方法,对吉林省国家级社会体育指导员培训学员的基本情况、培训内容、考核情况等进行了调查。通过调查了解吉林省国家级社会体育指导员培训工作存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,为吉林省国家级社会体育指导员培训工作进一步的发展提供参考意见和理论支持。By using the method of questionnaire investigation, interview and mathematical statistics method, the paper investigated national social sports instructor training students ＇ basic situation, training content, and training assessment undertook thorough and meticulous in Jiln. Through understood the survey of Jilin province national level social sports instructor training work existence question, the paper proposes the corresponding countermeasure, to offer theoretical support for the further development of Jilin province national level social sports instructor training.
