福建省普通高校大学生体育参与现状调查与分析

摘　　要：为了解大学生体育锻炼现状及素质教育的实施情况,通过调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等,对福建省部分在校大学生参加体育锻炼现状进行调查分析。研究结果表明:福建省大学生对体育锻炼认识不足,参加体育锻炼的学生比例较低,锻炼时间不足;女大学生参加体育锻炼的频率、时间都低于男大学生;福建省普通高校对大学生的体育锻炼重视不够。In order to understand the current situation students＇ physical exercises and the implementation of quality education. By investigating, literature, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis, and so on, investigation and analysis of the current situation about the university students participate in the sunny sports. Study results showed that inadequacies of university students in Fujian on sunny sports, lower proportion of students participating in physical exercise, the exercise time is insufficient; The frequency, time of female university students is less than male university students in physical exercise; The universities in Fujian don＇t ray much attcntion to stndents＇ physical exercises.
