大众跆拳道教练员胜任特征模型的建构

摘　　要：通过对30名大众跆拳道教练员进行行为事件访谈,编制胜任特征词典,将访谈得到的信息进行编码、分析的方法,初步建构了由专业知识、创新意识、调动积极性、分析思考、沟通能力、应变能力6个胜任特征项组成的大众跆拳道教练员胜任特征模型,从而为大众跆拳道教练员的选拔、管理、培养以及队伍建设等提供理论参考与借鉴。Encoding the information of behavioral event interview of 30 coaches and analyzing the data, and drawing up the dictionary of competency, this paper initially constructs six - item competency model of populace Taekwondo coaches, including professional knowledge, sense of innovation, motivation the enthusiasm, analytical thinking, communication skills and adaptability in order to provide some reforences for the selection, management cultivation and the constrnction of team of poulace Taekwondo coaches.
