摘　　要：介绍了溪洛渡水电站筒阀在工地加工的过程,通过划线、找正和切削参数的选择等三个方面,论述了加工过程中如何控制变形和保证加工质量;还介绍了筒阀在工地的预装工艺和如何调整筒阀接力器垂直度的过程。实践表明:该水电站筒阀的工地加工及预装工艺是正确的,保证了其工地加工的质量。An introduction is being presented to site processing of the cylindrical valve in Xiluodu Hydropower Station, with focus on how to control deformation and guarantee quality in the process of marking out, alignment, and selecting cutting parameters. On-site preassembling process of cylindrical valve is also described, including procedures to adjust verticality of the valve servomotor. The practice indicates that both the site processing and preassembling process are reasonable, with which high site processing and preassembling quality has been obtained.
