摘 要:钛铁矿浮选工艺在很大程度上受浮选体系pH值的影响.本论文采用SYB2#(一种羟肟酸类捕收剂)为捕收剂,羧甲基纤维素钠为抑制剂,硫酸为调整剂,研究了pH值对钛铁矿浮选精选工艺的影响,并得出精选的最佳pH值范围.响应曲面法被用来研究捕收剂用量、抑制剂用量和体系pH值对钛精矿品位和回收率的影响.定性分析表明,体系pH值对钛精矿品位影响最大,而捕收剂用量则对钛精矿回收率的影响最大.定量分析则表明,要保证钛精矿品位在47%以上,那么浮选体系的pH值不能超过4.7;要保证钛精矿的回收率在45%以上,那么捕收剂用量不能少于44.4 g/t.综合来看,如果捕收剂用量在44.4 g/t以上,并且3.1<pH<4.5,那么就能实现钛精矿的品位大于47%,回收率大于45%.In this paper, the pH value is proved to produce a significant effect on ilmenite flotation concentra- tion, and the pH value scale suitable for ilmenite flotation is obtained. SYB2#( hydroximic acid) is employed as the collector; sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is employed as the depressor; sulphuric acid is employed as the pH adjustor. The effects of three factors, namely collector consumption, depressor consumption and pH value, on the grade and recovery of ilmenite concentrate are studied with response surface methodology. The qualitative a- nalysis demonstrates that the pH value is the most important factor for ilmenite grade, and the SYBe# consumption is the most important factor for ilmenite recovery. The quantitative analysis implies that pH value should be lower than 4.7 in order for a grade of ilmenite concentrate higher than 47% ; the SYB2# consumption should exceed 44.4 g/t in order for a recovery of ilmenite concentrate over 45%. By comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that more than 44. 4 g/t of SYB2# consumption and the scale of 3.1 〈 pH 〈 4. 5 are required for ilmenite flotation concentration to reach over 47% of grade and over 45% of recovery.
