非道路卧式柴油机缸盖温度场的试验研究

摘  要:针对自主创新设计开发的新型非道路卧式双缸柴油机的缸盖结构,采用硬度塞和热电阻测温法,试验测试了缸盖火力面和底板冷却水腔侧壁面关键点在标定功率工况下的工作温度,采用压力传感器和铂电阻温度传感器测试了标定功率工况下冷却水腔关键点的水压值和温度值,并分析和评估了新型卧式双缸柴油机缸盖的热负荷情况.试验结果表明,缸盖冷却效果较好,总体结构设计合理.缸盖热负荷不高,火力面最高温度339℃,位于第2缸燃烧室中心区域偏向排气门一侧;缸盖底板冷却水腔侧的壁面最高温度211.8℃,位于第2缸进、排气道之间的鼻梁区.In order to analyze and evaluate the heat - load of the cylinder head in a new generation of off - road horizontal diesel engine under the rated power conditions, which has been designed and developed independently by the authors and their affiliations, the operating - temperature of the critical - point in the cylinder head fire - surface and the underside face of the cooling water jacket of cylinder head are tested respectively by the hardness plug thermometry method and thermal resistance thermometry, and the water pressure and temperature values of the critical - point in the cooling water jacket of cylinder head are tested respectively by Pressure sensors and platinum resistance temperature sensor. The results indicate that the cooling effect in cylinder head is better, and the design of the overall structure is reasonable. The heat - load of the cylinder head is not high, and the maxi- mum temperature of the test critical - point in the cylinder head fire - surface is 339℃, which is in the central area and close to the side of the exhaust valve of the second cylinder combustion chamber, and the maximum temperature of the underside face of the cooling water jacket of cylinder head is 211.8℃, which is in the bridge of the nose between the inlet and exhaust valve of he second cylinder.
