摘 要:通过对磷灰石和石英表面电位的测量、磷灰石溶解出Ca2+含量的测定及六偏磷酸钠络合Ca2+作用的试验等,认为选择性絮凝分离磷灰石和石英人工混合矿时,絮凝选择性消失的主要原因为:悬浮液中部分微细磷灰石颗粒罩盖在石英颗粒表面,由于石英颗粒表面覆盖有吸附了絮凝剂的磷灰石颗粒,使得石英颗粒与磷灰石颗粒间产生了间接的"架桥"作用而发生了强烈的杂絮凝现象;此外,磷灰石絮体在沉降过程中对石英颗粒的凝聚、网捕作用也导致了絮凝选择性的降低。By measuring zeta potential of apatite and quartz, concentration of dissolving calcium ion in apatite suspension, and experiments of sodium hexametaphosphate complexation with calcium ion and so on, the selectivity disappears when selective flocculation separating artificial mixed minerals of apatite and quartz mainly by following two reasons. Part of very fine apatite particles may cover on the surface of quartz particles, those apatite particles surface absorb some flocculant apatite grains, making quartz particles build an indirect " bridging" with apatite particles and generate'strong clutter floeculation phenomenon; furthermore, the apatite flocs had coaeervation and netcapture function to quartz particles during settlement process, which further leads to the lower flocculation selectivity.
