摘 要:从贫化电炉处理熔炼炉渣和转炉渣的角度出发,分析了现有电炉存在的问题并提出了侧吹改造方案,同时改造电炉长度直径比,并增加一个前端熔池以将燃料喷射进熔池辅助保温和固体还原剂喷入熔池以强化还原功能,创造弱还原气氛处理的新工艺。通过炉型的改造以及侧吹还原剂的方式以降低磁性铁含量并改善渣的流动性,促使渣与锍能更好地分离以到达降低渣含铜的目的。From the point of view of slag cleaning electric furnace with smelting slag and converter slag, the paper analyzes the existing problems of electric furnace and proposes side-blown technology transformation proposal, at the same time, the proportion of the length and diameter of the electric furnace is upgrade and adding a front bath so that the fuel injected to reserve heat meanwhile solid reductant fuel injected to strengthen reducing function, which is novel technology to create weak reducing atmosphere. By changing the shape of electric furnace and side- blowing reducing agent, the magnetic iron content is reduced and the slag flow is improved, thus the slag and sulfur are separated better and the copper content of slag is reduced.
