钼矿选矿废水处理的试验研究

摘　　要：钼矿选矿废水中含有大量的胶体物质,用普通絮凝剂很难将其悬浮物处理而达标。本试验采用专配絮凝剂对钼矿选矿废水进行处理,分析了絮凝剂种类和投加量、助凝剂投加量、絮凝和助凝反应时间、沉淀时间等因素对处理效果的影响,确定了处理钼矿选矿废水的最佳工艺参数。为类似钼矿选矿废水处理提供参考。Molybdenum ore dressing wastewater contains much colloidal substance, which is difficuh to treat by common flocculating agent. Special dedicated flocculating agent is used to deal with the molybdenum ore dressing wastewater in this paper, and types of flocculating agent and dosage, coagulant aid dosage, reaction time and precipitate time are analyzed. And the optimized technological parameters are determined, which will provide references for treatment of similar molybdenum ore dressing wastewater.
