摘 要:目的探讨与研究全麻诱导使用右旋美托咪啶(Dex)的镇静效应及对丙泊酚用量的影响。方法抽取我院2012年1月至2013年1月择期手术的76例全麻患者的临床资料(ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级).随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组38例全麻患者加用右旋美托咪啶(Dex)。静脉泵注负荷剂量0.4μg/kg(5min注完),然后保持静注0.4μg/k/h维持30min。对照组38例全麻患者诱导及术中维持按丙泊酚8mg/kegh和瑞芬太尼0.5mg/h维持麻醉,根据患者药物耐受情况调节使用肌松剂。记录两组患者同时间点的脑电双频指数(BIS)、SBP、HR,并对患者进行OAA/S、Ramesay镇静评分比较。结果观察组采用右旋美托咪啶诱导剂量注射以及麻醉维持期间镇静效果明显,丙泊酚的用量比对照组减少7%-15%。结论全麻诱导使用右旋关托咪啶对全麻患者能产生显著的镇静效果,能平稳加深麻醉深度,有效减少丙泊酚的用量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate and research anesthesia was induced with D-dexmedetomidine (Dex) sedative effects and the dose of propofol. Methods: Extraction of our hospital from January 2012 to January 2012 clinical data of 76 patients with general anesthesia in elective surgical procedures (ASA I to II ), were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group of 38 patients with general anesthesia combined with dextral beautiful mi organism (Dex). Intravenous injection pump loading dose of 0.4 mu g/kg (5 rain after injection), and then keep quiet note 0.4 mu g/kg/h maintain 30 min. Control group of 38 patients with general anesthesia induction and intraoperative maintenance according to 8 mg/kg/h of propofol and fentanyl maintain anesthesia of 0.5 mg/h, according to the patients with drug resistance situation adjust the use nondepolarizing agent. Records of two groups of patients at the same time point electrical double frequency index (BIS), SBP, HR, and the patients are OAA/S, Ramesay sedation score comparison. Results: Observation group using dextral beautiful mi organism induction doses and anesthesia maintenance during sedation effect is obvious, the dosage of propofol than the control group decreased by 7% - 15%.Conclusion:General anesthesia was induced using the D-dexmedetomidine anesthesia, patients can produce significant sedative effect, smooth deepen the depth of anesthesia, effectively reducing the amount of Pr0Pofol, worthy of promotion.
