摘　　要：目的讨论老年人糖尿病低血糖症的特点，给治疗本病提供依据。方法选择2010年1月至2012年12月我院治疗的52倒老年人糖尿病低血糖症者，分析其临床资料和预防策略。结果全部病例中，49例症状缓解，总有效率为94．23％，3例并发脑梗死留有后遗症。结论老年人糖尿病低血糖症者要及早到医院就诊并治疗，以免导致病情严重，危及生命；临床上应加深对老年糖尿病低血糖症的掌握，避免因认识不足而导致医疗事故的发生。Objective To study the clinical characteristics of senile diabetes, hypoglycemia, and provide clinical basis for the treatment of elderly diabetic hypoglycemia. Methods January 2010 - December 2012 I of 52 cases of elderly patients with diabetes, hypoglycemia, admitted in the hospital, their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and prevention strategies. Results 52 cases patients, 49 cases of symptoms, the total effective rate was 94.23%, 3 cases complicated with cerebral infarction occurrence sequela. Conclusion In elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia should go to hospital as soon as possible treatment, lest cause illness aggravating, endanger life; Clinical should deepen awareness and understanding of diabetic hypoglycemia, to avoid medical accidents caused by the insufficient understanding.
