摘　　要：介绍了水性建筑防水涂料的防水机理,国内外研究现状,重点阐述了聚合物改性乳化沥青防水涂料、乳液型高分子防水涂料、水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的特性,并指出了水性建筑涂料将向隔热、保温、防腐、装饰等系列化功能性方向发展。This paper introduces the waterproof organism in architectural waterproof coatings and the present state. The characteristics of polymer modified emulsified bitumen waterproof coatings, emulsion polymer waterproof coatings and cement capillary crystalline waterproofing coatings are presented. It is estimated that the waterborne architectural coatings will develop in the direction of functionality including heat insulation, anti-corrosion and decoration etc..
