摘 要:结合石家庄实际情况,从环境、经济、社会3个子系统出发构建可持续发展评价指标体系,建立了基于熵值法确定指标权重的评价模型,对2002-2010年石家庄可持续发展水平进行了评价分析.结果表明,石家庄可持续发展能力总体上不断上升,经济因素是促使可持续发展水平上升的主要因素,受到社会和生态环境因素的制约,可持续发展总体水平呈现波浪式上升趋势.通过可持续发展障碍诊断,确定了其障碍因素,并提出针对性建议.According to the actual status of Shijiazhuang city,the evaluation index system of sustainable development was constructed from economy subsystem,society subsystem and environmental subsystem.The evaluation model was built using entropy method to determine index weight in order to evaluate and analyze the sustainable development of Shijiazhuang from 2002 to 2010.Results showed that sustainable development capacity of Shijiazhuang was generally rising,and the main factor to promote sustainable development level was economy.The comprehensive sustainable level showed wave-like upward trend restricted by social and environmental factors.Through diagnosing obstacles to sustainable development,the sustainable development obstacles of Shijiazhuang city were identified,and some corresponding suggestions were proposed.
