局部封闭加中药熏洗治疗肛裂的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨局部封闭加中药熏洗治疗肛裂的临床疗效，回顾185例肛裂患者资料。其中80例采用2％盐酸利多卡因加曲安奈德（确炎舒松A）肛周局部封闭治疗（对照组），105例存对照组治疗的基础上加用中药方剂熏洗治疗（治疗组），对比分析两组患者疗效。结果显示，治疗组治愈98例，好转7例，无无效病例，总有效率为100％（105／105）；埘照组治愈30例，好转38例，无效12例，总有效率为85．0％（68／80）。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。随访半年，治疗组复发5例（4．8％），对照组复发24例（30．0％），治疗组复发率明显低于对照组．P〈20．05。结果表明，局部封闭加中药熏洗治疗肛裂，可明显改善肛裂患者的症状和体征，疗效肯定，而且无需住院，患者乐于接受，值得临床推，“应用。In order to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of local blocking plus fuming ＆ washing with Chinese drugs in the treatment of anal fissure,author retrospectively analyzed the data of 185 patients with anal fissure among whom 80 cases（as control group）received perianal local blocking with 2% lidocaine hydrochloride plus azmacort,rest 105（as treatment group） received fuming ＆ washing with Chinese drugs based on blocking as control group;then the therapeutic effects of both groups were compared and analyzed. As results,in treatment group 98 cases were cured,7 improved,0 of non-response,and total effective rate was 100%（105/105）,while in control group, 30,38,12 and 85.0% （68/80）, hence the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P 〈0.05） ;the follow-up of 0.5 year found that 5 cases of treatment group was recurred（4.8%）, 24 of control group recurred（30.0%）, thus ,the recurrence rate of former was significantly lower than the latter（ P〈0.05）. Results show that lo cal blocking plus fuming ＆ washing with Chinese drugs can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients ,and has certain effect, patient is unnecessary to be admitted, thus this therapy is worthy to be popularized.
