白头翁汤加减保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨白头翁汤加减保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床疗效，我们对40例确诊为UC的患者给予白头翁汤加减保留灌肠治疗，每天2次，2周为一疗程。结果显示，治疗2个疗程，治愈20例，好转18例，无效2例，治愈率为50．0％；治疗4个疗程，治愈37例，好转2例，无效1例，治愈率为92．5％。4个疗程治愈率明显高于2个疗程，P〈0．05。治疗后随访3～6个月，成功随访37例，3个月复发3例（8．1％），6个月复发5例（13．5％）。结果表明，白头翁汤加减保留灌肠治疗UC安全、有效，不良反应少，复发率低，是一种理想的方法。坚持足够疗程的治疗是提高UC治愈率的关键。This study was explore the clinical efficacy of modified Pulsatilla decoction retention enema for ulcerative colitis（UC）,40 UC patients who had been confirmed was treated with this therapy,twice per day,2 weeks as one course. As results,after two treatment courses,20 patients were cured,18 improved,2 with inefficacy,curative rate was 50.0Y00 ; after 4 treatment courses, 37,2,1 and 92. 5%, respectively, the curative rate was obviously higher than that after two treatment courses（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,follow up of 3-6 months,37 cases succeed,3 cases relapsed after 3 months treatment（8.1%） and 5 after six months （13.5%）. The results show that modified Pulsatilla decoction retention enema is an ideal method for UC with safety,efficacy,low adverse reaction and recurrence rate. The key to improve the cure rate of UC is to keep enough treatment courses.
